Glowing in the Snow...

Hello Dolls!!

Winter is almost in full effect and many of our tans are fading if not already gone  :(  I've never been a huge fan of tanning beds for a few reasons, as all of you know they exceed "safe" UVA & UVB rays that cause premature aging and cancer. With that being said, I have an amazing product to share with all of you that requires ZERO harmful rays!! It's Hawaiian Tropic Island Radiance Créme Lotion. I have been using this product for about 7 months now and still love it. Most self tanners that I have used have a funky odor to them or cause me to break out. Hawaiian Tropic has never caused any break outs and best of all has a very pleasant smell to it. Directions say it dries in a few hours (for me it's lot faster), but this luxurious cream is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! It offers 12-hour moisture which my skin loves, as some of you know i tend to be on the drier skin side, and offers a lot of island botanicals. If you want to save your skin and your money, I highly suggest this product!!

I am a make-up artist and I absolutely LOVEEE this blush! .. I've used a lot of blushes in the 12 years that I've been using make-up, and this is by far one of the greatest products. It is an excellent dupe for NARS but a fraction of the cost!! Amazing color and blend-ability.

…Shimmer Worthy...

Hi loves..

… sooo I know I have not posted anything in a while, I have been super busy!! I  promise I will post more this month, because I have a bunch of things I want to share with all of you… with that being said, we move to My favorite product for this month, which is the new Hawaiian Tropic Shimmer Effect. I just purchased it recently and I absolutely LOVE IT!!!!! Basically its a moisturizer made to be applied after you have been baking in the sun for the day. It has a very beachy smell made from coconut and papaya (two of my fav combos)! The shimmer comes from the mica minerals which reflect light, helping highlight your skin tone and tan, making your skin glow especially under the sunlight! It's super cheap too… I got mine from Ulta for about $8. It's definitely a summer must-have!

❤ BeJeweled ❤

Hello Lovelies!

I'm so sorry it's been so long since my last post, I have been extremely Busy! This is what's new in my life, I recently purchased this necklace for the sheer fact that I loved the color and jewel like stones. I have not wore it yet, I guess I'm looking for the perfect outfit to go with it! Since summer is here and the weather is getting warmer, it won't be long before i wear it. For those of you wondering where I had made the purchase, it was at  Francesca's. They only have boutiques in the U.S. As fas as overseas go, there are none. Although they can be bough online at their website.

Mmm GOOD...

Hello Lovlies!!!

My Product of the month is one of my all time favorite fragrance FLOWERBOMB by VIKTOR & ROLF. It has to be the most sensual perfume I have ever smelled! Its practically intoxicating, although very potent a few spritz will most definitely go a long way. This perfume is infused with, Sambac Jasmine, Centifolia Rose, Cattleya Orchid, and Ballerina Freesia bloom on a base of Patchouli. I know reading this won't give you an idea of the smell, but if you don't know what it smells like it's definitely a MUST!!!

Hello Dolls!!

So I did a photo shoot at Dejavu in NYC a few months back with my photographer Derek Clayton & Teresa Pyskaty-Lamicella and i just wanted to share a few pics with you guys. Richard Lowe who is the Operations Director was nice enough to let us use the upstairs part of the boutique for our shooting space, which is located on the Upper East Side 223 East 60th Street. We all had an absolute fantastic time and am looking forward to shooting there again!!!!
Here are a few pictures that I wanna share with you!

Depot: UDPP

I find that Urban Decay Primer Potion has a very cute packaging but not very practical. I just simply hate when I have to toggle the wand back and forth to get whatever product I can. So after 6 months I finally decided to depot my UDPP (yes it took me 6 months to cut the tube)… and I got a whole lot of product out!!!! Most of you ladies out there know by now that the shape of the bottle causes product to build up on the curved sides, so when you think you've used all the product, there is way more than you think. I filled a whole jar with my leftover!!!! I'm so glad I didn't throw it out as I was going to originally …YAY for "More product for your Money!!!"

Miracle Mist...

So this week I have been super lazy ... I don't know if it's the weather or what,  but I thought I'd be somewhat productive and share a product that I have been LOVING this month. It's called All Nighter by Urban Decay. Let me begin my saying that I was a little skeptical when I first saw this product, I have Fix+ by M.A.C and have been using it for years now (which I love). So i figured I'd just read about it a bit, as I was reading the label I saw that SKINDINÄVIA had partnered with UD to exclusively release this product. For those of you that don't know, SKINDINÄVIA is world renowned for all of its amazing products that have been used in runway shows, Oscars and so much more. As soon as i read SKINDINÄVIA  on the bottle I was sold (no joke!). I have put this product to the test over and over again, in humid weather, cold, sweat and so much more, it triumphs over everything I have tried to date. It is truly and amazing product!!!

Moisture Surge...

Hello toxin free beauty lovers... as some of you know, at times my skin can be pretty dry. Most of the products I like are thick creams and heavy duty moisturizers. In the past few years I have become more passionate about organic beauty products. A fav cream i have been using for about the past two years is Dr. Hauschka's Quince Day Cream. This cream is light weight and absorbs quickly into my skin, with that being said... that does not mean that it disappears right away. On the contrary, it keeps my skin hydrated all day! This is mostly due to the actual Quince seed extract, that encourages the skin's moisture balance and it also protects it from environmental impurities. I love it so much that I find myself using it at night as well as the day! To me it's a perfect cream!!! So ladies, if your skin is dry or you're just health conscious about your skin ... I highly recommend this product.

Stage 5 Clingers...

Hello Lovlies!!

One of my favorite eye primer that I absolutely love is URBAN DECAY Primer Potion. After trying primers after primers I still find myself going back to URBAN DECAY. I had to get my hands on the new line. I bought Sin, which is a champagne peach pink color with shimmer and Greed which is a gorgeous gold with shimmer. It looks fabulous either alone or under eyeshadow. This color especially compliments tanner complexions. I will definitely be wearing Sin in the summer a lot as I LOVE the gold-bronze look!!!

My few of my Beauty Icons ...

South Street in Philadelphia, PA. is a great shopping place for just about anything. This past weekend I came across a store on the corner called Beyond the Wall. As I was peeking through the glass I saw a few posters that caught my eye so I decided to go inside and look around. I'm glad I did because I found two incredible posters of my fav beauty icons. I immediately bought them and have found the perfect place in my room for them. I thought I'd share the posters with you!!!

Aren't they Fabulous!!??!!??! I absolutely LOVEEEEE them!!!

New M.A.C shades...

So a few days ago I was shopping at the mall with my mom and she had mentioned to me that she needed a new foundation. Of-course I take her where else but M.A.C. As she was looking at their products, I couldn't help but look myself. Naturally I went straight to the eye shadows to increase my collection and bought a few colors :). They are all listed below with a few swatches to show their true colors!!

I picked up Stars N' Rockets which i have wanted for a long time. It's a gorgeous purple with pink pearl, def one of my favs so far!!
The next color i got was Jest which is a soft peach with a lot of shimmer perfect for the inner corner or highlighting.

Last and not least i got Beauty Marked ... this color is amazing it's a black-red with pearl sparkle, perfect for a smokey eye.

Here is a swatch for you to gat a better idea of the colors.

Meeee…..

I am anything but ordinary…..

This blog is to share my opinions and favorite products with you!  So have fun and hopefully I can give you insight on certain products.

A little bit about me……

I was born and raised in Europe and moved to the Unites States when I was about 9 years old. When I was young my objective, on a daily basis was to beat everyone (especially boys) at just about any sport I could get my hands on! As I grew older the tom boy grew out of me and make up grew on me. I became very interested in make up looks I would see on celebrities and in magazines.  Today my passion is fashion and of course what else ….. make up.
I love just about anything that's glitz and glam, if it's shiny or sparkly I'll most likely buy it …. sad but true. Some of my favorite inspirations growing up was beauty icon's Sophia Loren, Marilyn Monroe  & Audrey Hepburn. They all made Beautiful look easy, simple and classy!
